We produce goat’s cheese from our farm, both fresh and aged (stagione). All our cheeses are free of additives and food by-products, using mostly fresh goat milk and rennet powder.
We have an orchard of many types of fruits, from which we obtain products, from which we supply both fresh fruit and processed fruits (jams, marmalades, preserves, etc).
We have apples, including the famous Mela Rosa (red apples) native to the Sibillini mountains, cherries, peaches, apricots, pears, prunes, plums, pomegranates, persimmons, figs, berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and blackberries) and, in the woods, nuts and hazelnuts.
Next to the Farmhouse is a vegetable and herb garden, from which we draw various herbs (rosemary, basil, sage, mint, chives, marjoram, oregano, parsley ,etc) used for the preparation of the dishes. Finally, we grow vegetables according to the season.
