The farmhouse is located on top of a hill at 550 meters above sea level, with views of the Sibillini Mountains, the Monti della Laga, and the Gran Sasso. Surrounded by forests of downy oak, hornbeam, manna ash, maple, and white poplar, it is completely immersed in the silence and scents of nature.

The stone farmhouse, dating from the early 1900s, has been skillfully renovated. The furnishings are simple and in harmony with the typical rural setting. The chestnut-beam ceilings, stone walls, and terracotta floors are the main features that characterize the property.

The farmhouse has 4 rooms, each decorated differently. Two of the rooms are connecting rooms with a shared bathroom. The other 2 rooms have private bathrooms with showers.

Our cuisine is based on simple, healthy ingredients, in keeping with rural tradition.

We strictly use ingredients from the Marche region’s culinary tradition—either grown on our own farm or sourced from farmers and ranchers in the Marche region. Most of the wines we offer are local.
